Beautiful single-family house "Christa". 2 km from the centre of Hooksiel, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Horumersiel, 15 km from the centre of Wilhelmshaven, 500 m from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: property 380 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 3 km, indoor swimming pool 300 m.

Kurztrip nach Hooksiel mit Hund

Wir haben kurzentschlossen eine Reise an die Nordseeküste gebucht und sind dabei im Ferienhaus Christa "gelandet". Das Haus ist ok und für einen kurzen Besuch gut geeignet. Gewünscht hätten wir uns vor Ort u.a. eine Fußmatte vor der Dusche und einen Fön im Bad. Auch ein Handtuch auf der Toilette wäre schön gewesen. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir, dass sämtliche Küchenutensilien fast schon unglaublich sauber waren. Man merkt allerdings, dass das Haus schon ein bisschen in die Jahre kam...

Zweckmäßiges Ferienhaus

Haus Christa ist ein ordentliches, zweckmäßiges Ferienhaus ohne irgendwelche Besonderheiten in einer Ferienanlage gelegen. Es hat im wesentlichen alles, was man so braucht. Aber eben auch nichts on top wie Spiele, Kerzen oder mal nen Kugelschreiber oder sowas... Schön ist der Kamin. Machts ganz gemütlich. Die Küche allerdings ist extrem spartanisch ausgestattet. Kochlöffel, Schneidebretter, Topflappen und evtl. eine Allzweckreibe wären schon nett gewesen. Und zwei oder drei Geschirrtücher hätten es schon sein dürfen. Auch bei der Aufgabe Mülltrennung ist improvisieren gefragt ... es gibt nur für den Restmüll einen Mülleimer aber nix für Wertstoffe oder Biomüll im Haus. Auch beim Wäschepaket für stolze 15€ pro Nase hätten sicher noch ein Duschvorleger und ein paar kleine Handtücher zum Hände abtrocknen z.B. im Gäste-WC im EG drin sein können. Alles in allem ein solides Haus mit Luft nach oben in der Ausstattung mit Gegenständen des täglichen Bedarfs.

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Eigentlich hat das Haus "sehr gut" verdient. Aber leider gibt es ein keines Minus von uns. In der Küche ist die Abzugshaube total verklebt. Das sollte man eigentlich regelmäßig reinigen. Und das Hoftor klemmt extrem, daher ist viel Kraft gefragt. Aber trotz den kleinen Mängeln würden wir auch ein 4. mal das Haus mieten. Unser Hund liebte den großen, komplettumzäunten Garten.

Das Haus ist im allgemeinen gut. Nur die Heizung ist zulaut und für 6 Personen nicht geeignet. Für 4 Personen optimal. Ruhige Lage und sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Betreuung.

Schönes Haus nahe am Meer

Schönes sauberes Haus fussläufig zum Strand, in dem man sich wohl fühlt . Wir waren im Winter dort und der Vermieter hatte das Haus sehr schön geheizt , damit man sich sofort entspannen konnte. Das Wohn- Esszimmer hat alles , was man braucht: alle nötigen Küchengeräte und einen großen modernen Fernseher für schlechtes Wetter. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, Alles in allem sehr schön

An dem Objekt war alles ok! Aufgrund der Coronasituation wurden wir aufgrund des auswärtigen Kennzeichen beschimpft und beleidigt sogar bedroht! So was darf nicht sein!

Winterurlaub Dezember 2019

Wir waren im Dezember im schönen Hooksiel. Das Haus war sauber aber es fehlen einige Dinge in der Küche die von Nutzen sein könnten. (z.b. Thermoskanne scharfe Messer und Besteck weil mit 6 Personen viel zu wenig.) Die Oberbetten und die Kopfkissen haben schon Federn gelassen. Sollte man erneuern. Und dringende Kontrolle der Abwasserleitung in der Dusche Obergeschoss. Ansonsten kann man dort sehr gut Urlaub verbringen.

Einmal und nie wieder!

Grundlegende Dinge fehlen, wie ein Föhn oder Zahnputzbecher. Eine Ablage ist nicht vorhanden. Der Wasserhahn im Bad und die Duschamaturen sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vor Erstbenutzung der Dusche war diese voll mit schwarzem Hundehaar. Das Klo stankt unglaublich nach Urin. Es waren lediglich ganz dünne Sommerdecken vorhanden und die Heizung schaltet sich nachts ab!!! Wir konnten kaum schlafen, weil es so kalt war. Auf der gesamten oberen Etage waren überall schwarze Hundehaare zu finden. Zu der Küche: Der Backofen stank, am Kühlschrank blättert die Frontverkleidung ab. Das Innere des Kühlschranks war schmutzig. Insgesamt sehr schade, wir haben uns einen schönen Urlaub erhofft.

Tolles Haus

Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub in einem tollen Haus. Alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Sauber und ordentlich. Unsere Hunde waren auch happy, das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und so konnten sie jederzeit raus. Zum Strand oder zu den Geschäften nach Hooksiel ist es nicht weit. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werden gern selbst wiederkommen.
