"Nice place! Breakfast, afternoon tea provided, excellent staff"

"Just back from the Prime hotel Beijing and what an amazing stay, the room was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect from at 4/5 star hotel, the hotel was very close to the main shopping street - Wangfujing street and a tube stoop is just over the road. The onsite restaurant was very nice, it’s Vietnamese and was reasonably priced. The lobby bar was welcoming and the beer selection ok - tip: try the cake just outside the lobby bar. Overall a really great stay."

"Very nice hotel with a great view of Erhai!"

"Excellent service from hotel staff."

"Good breakfast, helpful staff. Wifi wasn’t working for Google, Gmail, or Apple Safari."

"Breakfast was ok but the Grand Hyatt had more variety like soya bean curd and soya milk drink. Rooms were spacious, clean, bathroom also ok. Bath slippers were provided, happy with this."

"Exceptional service! We lost a phone in a taxi at 2am and the staff assisted in contacting the driver and recovering the phone quickly. They went above and beyond. They also do laundry for free, and we had breakfast included. The location is great for accessing tourist sites, and there are many food options nearby. Would highly recommend!"

It wasn’t overpower perfume which is one of the worst things these hotels keep doing. I don’t know why and I just the bed was extremely comfortable my only detail as I told the management was the service in the bar twice they forgot our drink and it took like 30 minutes and that part was a shame, and it wasn’t really full or busy to justify it other than that, I...
