"Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent location. My only wish is for on-site laundry, but that’s a minor inconvenience (I just don’t like going back “home” with dirty laundry). Some folks complain about the lack of an elevator, if I’m honest most of us could do with the extra steps given the amount of food and drink that one can consume on the island. "The room was wonderful. The AC didn't work well but we left the balcony door open and opened the windows and it made for a pretty good breeze. The food was not good at all. The best thing was a shrimp Alfredo that we had one day for lunch. The staff was ok. Most of them walked around with scowls on their faces but there were a few that made up for that. Gregory was very pleasant and helpful. Shevika at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful as well. Leo went out of his way to say hello...
