"Excellent base for the centre of Coventry -cathedrals and museum very close.not the poshest of places (wouldn’t take my wife!)but basic and adequate. Disappointed with breakfast ,coffee machine not working limited range of food -I didn’t go hungry but nothing special."

"I was contacted a few days before by a very nice lady. Asked if we wanted to book a table for the evening we were staying. Asked when we thought we would arrive. Very pleasant and helpful. Registration paper was waiting for us when we arrived. Lovely comfortable room. Very clean. Staff were all lovely and helpful"

"The hotel is dirty and needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard, the fire safety is a major concern. I was woken at 00:30hrs by someone banging on my door. And at 04:30 hrs I was woken again by someone knocking on a door in the corridor as the hotel seems to filled with foreign workers who first language is not english. "

"Perfect for our 5 day Crufts stay. The distance from the NEC was about 20 to 25 mins Garden was secure. Parking was hit and miss in the evening. The house was clean and the beds were so comfy. The only thing I would say is the stairs are very steep. Looking forward to stopping next year. "
