Staff was great. We had snow while we were at the hotel and didn't want to drive with drivers in Georgia and the staff let us stay an extra hour until the snow melted a little, that was great. I would have given a 5 star but the refrigerator in the room was very loud.

Check-in went great, the gentleman at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and quick. Unfortunately, when we came back to the hotel the next afternoon, the woman at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge us. She was talking loudly on her earphones the whole time, which felt unprofessional and a bit rude. The room itself was decent, but the bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. There was hair on the floor and the edge of the tub when we arrived, and even after housekeeping came the next day, it was still there. The AC worked fine at first but seemed to stop blowing cold air midway through the night. Overall, not a terrible stay, but a few small improvements could make a big difference.

My only issue is a gentleman was observed (I believe he was homeless) laying down under the fence out front bordering entry road and highway. He was also observed on sidewalk at the front door for several hours. There appeared to be no attempt from Hotel employees to get him to relocate. I believe this to be a safety issue.
