Pleasant staff. Free upgrade. Quiet and felt very safe. Unfortunately, we stopped at 2 Comfort hotels before finding the right place. There are 3 in Warner Robins and Expedia didn't actually give us the correct address.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool with my grandson. Older property but convenient to Robins AFB and I would stay there again.

Excellent location for visiting Air Force base. Only downside was that outdoor pool was closed. Inspection of pool was still to happen which kind of spoiled our 3 days. Otherwise stay was very good.

Travel for Work

This hotel is my first choice for staying while traveling for business weekly. The gentleman on the evening shift is courteous and his customer service is "superior"! I look forward to my next stay.

Checking in and out was easy. Requested a late checkout and wasn’t charged for it. Was able to reserve a room thst allows pets. Front desk staff was friendly and quick to assist if i needed anything. Breakfast was included and self serving. Hot and cold options available. I would stay there again.

The room was semi clean. The sink did not drain properly. The front desk staff wasn't very pleasant and I felt like they were watching me. I noticed when I would take my dog out I was being watched. Saturday night the man on duty asked me my room number. Sunday when I checked out I was confronted by the woman on duty. She explained that a note was left for her about me and my small dog from the man on duty Saturday night. I had my dog with me when I checked in and I did not try to hide I my dog with me. She said whoever checked me in did not charge me for my dog or get a credit card on file. The staff at the front desk is very unprofessional.

Decent hotel at a decent price. It's a little tricky to find the driveway leading to the place, so be alert. But the area is fine - not far from shopping and restaurants. The room had a bit of a musty smell, but it wasn't unbearable. Overall, good place for a short stay.

While the staff was very kind, we had several issues in our room that we spoke to them about and only one was addressed (and the least important.) There was a section of the room that had not been vacuumed and there was food on the floor. We asked them to have some stop by and take care of it and they never did. The other issue was that the faucet on the shower did not work properly. That also got no attention. The other problem we had is that it is a pet-friendly hotel, but the room had definitely not been cleaned well since dogs had been in it. There was dog hair on the couch and we were all sneezing the entire time we were in there.
