"Very nice house! It’s at the dead end of a road and you’re surrounded by nature. It’s very peaceful and cozy. This host goes above and beyond with everything provided for your stay. Our fur baby absolutely loved the fenced in backyard and the extremely dog friendly home! We would highly recommend for your stay and especially for your fur baby. We would stay again! "

"We had a wonderful experience. First, the location is amazing! It’s a two mile walk or five minute drive to the longest stretch of glorious sandy beaches with ample parking. We were at the beach every single day. The fresh produce stand at the end of the block provided so many fresh fruits and vegetables, including a basket of everything we needed to make fresh guacamole, including the recipe. Second, the house was absolutely immaculate. We have rented many VRBO properties and the kitchen and refrigerator were the cleanest we have ever seen! Additionally, it was so well stocked with pots, pans, colanders, etc. we needed to cook. There were also weighty glasses that felt great to drink out of and a selection of kids dishes. There were just so many thoughtful details. You will need to bring or buy your own spices. The beds were wildly comfortable, so much so that we actually peeked under the sheet to find out the name so that we could consider it for home! We had one small issue with a bed frame, but the handyman was there that afternoon and fixed it right away. Communication was exceptional. The great room was perfect for hanging out together, but there were also so many nooks to find spots for privacy. We only had five people there, but there was room for so many more and so much space for kids and adults to have fun! All in all, it was a magical week. I think it truly could be a four season place to visit. A"

"This home was perfect for our family of four. Close to everything we wanted (the beach, picking blueberries, wine tasting), super clean, quite spacious, and all around wonderful. "

"This property was great for my husband, daughter, and I. Close to multiple access points for beaches in a nice and quiet area. Communication with host was excellent. It’s probably one of the cleanest properties that we’ve ever stayed at. The only negative was that sound sometimes bleeds over from the adjacent community store. All in all it was a great visit and an amazing location for the price. "

"The house is actually a converted duplex, so includes 2 fully functional kitchens, 2 separate living/dining areas, a lower level suite. The perfect amount of space for our group of 21 (5 families) incl Smart TVs and children’s play area with toys. We cook (a lot!) and the kitchens had more than enough dinnerware, cookware, serving dishes PLUS a large outdoor grill and blackstone (a nit would be that one of the ovens was a little finicky).The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms (some smallish) had plenty of good quality linens.The deck ran the length of the house with multiple seating areas and FANTASTIC views of the sunset.The house is on a private beach; the steps to the beach weren’t as tough to navigate as others I’ve been to, although there’s a small dune with soft sand that can be a challenge. Tons of beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys.Practical points: cell service was spotty once you’re on the private drive, but internet in the house is fine.The house comes equipped with a couple of small packages of necessities (dish soap, etc)…enough to tide you over until you hit the market. Speaking of hitting the market, once you’ve booked check out Blue Fish’s guest portal with a lot of suggestions on things to do, where to go, etc. incl. a concierge svc to get groceries delivered and stocked prior to arrival. I cannot recommend this rental too highly!"

"This very nice home, located in a secluded spot, was perfect for our large group, with comfortable sleeping quarters for all. We especially enjoyed the spacious fenced yard with multi-level decks, fire pit, and heated pool. Home was very clean; kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils and a number of coffee-making options. Another bonus was plenty of extra towels and lots of pool/beach towels.We will be back!"

"We absolutely loved staying at Sawyer Cottage! The house was clean and was exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, and the backyard was amazing. We walked around the neighborhood which is a beautiful, quiet, and remote slice of the world and also did a day trip to more exciting on-water activities. Even so, our kids wanted to move in to Sawyer Cottage and said that roasting marshmallows and swimming in the pool were the best part. Host was kind and very responsive. Would definitely go again!"
