All of the staff were great, the location is lovely and the room was acceptable. Unfortunately the rooms are showing the age of the building. There appeared to be EV trickle charging in the paid parking that the hotel was ok with people using which is a great initiative. Ideas for improvement are making it easier to book a discounted hot springs visit; because I wanted to make sure I got a spot I booked in advance and so missed out on the discount by being a hotel guest, I also paid for a towel that is meant to be free for hotel guests; no offer to remedy either of these was made.

Upon arriving at the property, we were greeted by a lovely staff member at the counter who was professional and funny. We had a great laugh. She explained everything about the property and the amenities and lunch & dinner options and breakfast. Our room was nice a clean with plenty of room and nice views of the ocean.

The hot springs are an excellent feature in this hotel although it would be great if guests were provided a robe free of charge. The rooms were comfortable warm and clean. We had dinner in "Tides" the restaurant in the foyer and the food was delicious! Highly recommend!

The room was really nice but our view was horrible (our balcony faced another building) the shower pressure was poor and even with the aircon on the whole time the room stayed boiling hot for some reason. The hotsprings were beautiful I 100% recommend, although the water in most of the pools was way too hot 😂. The bathhouse should definitely be included with a stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely, the coffee at the restaurant was good but pricey. There is free parking right out the front of the hotel but Goodluck getting a park, your other option is paying to park in their parking lot which my car wouldn't fit in. Overall a very good stay, cheers guys.

Disappointed there was no robes or slippers or toothbrush in the room of standard room,think for the price it needs robes back. Bottle water 🍶 would be good too. Comfortable night sleep. Would prefer la a carte instead of buffet breakfast at $30 pp. Hot springs were lovely as always
