Beautiful new apartment finished to a high specification fitted out to a high standard on the seventh floor with lift to underground parking as well.
Situated very close to the city center. Bus and tram stop next to the building just few meters.

On the ground are 3 restaurants located, pub, vinery, and shop.
Next to building is a big park with aquapark opened in summer time.
