The Space:
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people - perfect for group stays with family or friends!
The surface of the apartment is 132 m² and is divided into two floors. On a lower floor there is a living room, an independent kitchen, and an additional toilet. The upper floor consists of 3 separate bedrooms and a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower cabin. The living room has two sofa beds that can be both comfortable seating area and a sleeping place, while one bedroom is fitted with a double bed, one with a single bed, and one has a double sofa bed. The bedrooms also have dressing tables or work desks perfect for remote work with a laptop, so the apartment can easily be used as a home office. The apartment also has two private balconies with the street view. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary equipment that allows you to prepare any homecooked meals. The apartment also offers modern multimedia amenities: free WiFi connection and flat-screen TV with access cable channels. For a good beginning of every stay, complimentary cosmetics set, towels, and bed linen are provided.

The Neighborhood:
This spacious 3-bedroom apartment with two balconies is located on Dwudziestolatków Avenue in “Włochy” district of Warsaw. The district is conveniently located near Chopin Airport (4 km), making it an ideal choice for international travelers. Additionally, the neighborhood is characterized by its tranquility and many green areas. A 5-minute walk from the apartment is the Kotanski Park with a winter ice rink, and 1.5 km from the building is the vast Szczęśliwicki Park with a pond, year-round ski slope and gravity railroad with a view of the Palace of Culture. The surrounding area is well developed, so that everyday needs can be easily met. There are numerous stores and supermarkets nearby, as well as interesting restaurants. The location is also a very good transportation point from which you can easily reach other districts of the capital, thanks to the proximity of streetcar and bus stops. Within 10-15 minutes walking distance there are two railway stations - "Rakowiec" and "Żwirki i Wigury". The car ride to the city center takes 15 minutes, and to the airport - less than 10 minutes.
