Quaint studio apartment with private entrance, laundry and access to swimming pool. Centrally located and minutes away from enjoying Bermuda's best beaches and the capital city of Hamilton. Walking distance from the south shore and less than 15 minutes from the city of Hamilton. Nature lovers can enjoy direct access by foot to the old Bermuda railway trail and the Southlands nature reserve which naturally leads you to the south shore. Just follow the sound of the ocean waves against the shore. Want to stay close to home? Then just relax in the large swimming pool and feel recharged so that you can later enjoy an evening at one of Bermuda's fine restaurants. Sublime!

Excellent hosts! Responded quickly whenever we had a question. The perfect location as its very close to two bus routes and only 15 minutes to the ferry! Very quiet spot. So relaxing.

Great Stay

The property was amazing. Check-in with Carlos was a breeze. He was extremely friendly and helpful. As for the stay, the room, bathroom and kitchen are advertised perfectly. The a/c worked beautifully but honestly during the day it hasn’t needed (we also turned it off when we left). Private laundry area was also nice. The pool and rest of the property were a tropical paradise. Lime trees, plantains, and another fruit really made it a beautiful spot. I rented a “current electric car” which was wonderful. I messaged Carlos before hand and he said he had all the adapters for all the car company’s so it doesn’t matter what car you pick!!!Overall excellence experience.

Rejuvenation

Didnt realize it was a true studio as it said 1 bedroom... though I take ownership in thinking it was a 1 bedroom. The property is tidy and clean. Loved that I was able to rent an EV vehicle and there was charging capability. Didn't ride but there is public transportation.

Just perfect!

We found the perfect quiet private place to relax. Carlos greeted us on arrival and showed us around. Extremely welcoming and helpful. And very available by phone or text.Nice beverage options and banana bread on arrival. Pool is fantastic to start or end the day, reading. or quick refresh.Little kitchen has everything.Plenty spacious studio, and private breakfast area and lawn. Easy 5 min walk to the #8 or #2 bus. There’s a grocery store less than 15 min walk where I got most of what we needed for breakfasts, beach food and snacks.my backpack came in handy for that and for trips to the beach.Caught the Belmont ferry to Hamilton…(15 min walk) one day. They supply beach towels, chairs. The Marley beach, a little bit of a walk ( 20 min,), and we loved it! Nice surprise! Almost had it to ourselves. Clean, sandy water entry, and lots of private sand nooks to set up. We easily hopped the #7 bus from there to church bay for snorkeling.Walked to a few local restaurants.Carlos was very helpful with arranging return taxi, and very helpful in offering a few quick rides. Offered and took us to elbow beach one day. So very generous.Overall just perfect escape for quiet and peace, and can walk and bus to get around (though if you get a scooter or car you’d also be perfectly located mid island to get easily to either end or great south shore beaches.Great place for our 5 days, and amazing host. Would definitely stay again!

Paradise!

Carlos and Ana’s house is a perfect, quiet nest to relax in when you aren’t out and exploring the rest of Bermuda! The accommodations were clean, and some homemade banana bread was the cherry on top!On top of the beautiful space and prime location, Carlos went above and beyond to make sure that we knew our way around the island and that we had a great trip. Would happily stay here again!

Beautiful Bermuda

We had a wonderful stay at Ana and Carlos's quaint apartment. The description of the property is very accurate- it's cute, cozy and well-equipped; and it's good value in a country where accommodation costs are steep. The apartment is in a quiet residential area. The only sounds you will hear at night are the roosters that wander all over the island! Bermuda is beautiful and Bermudians are lovely - so friendly and warm. Use the terrific bus service to truly experience island life. We hope to return and would recommend this rental.

Stay with Ana & Carlos

Ana and Carlos are wonderful hosts. Extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. The studio has everything you need to enjoy the stay and prepare meals. Place is tidy, clean and comfortable. perfect location

This property was perfectly located. My wife and I rented a car and it was easy to get to any where on the island. Anna and Carlos where excellent hosts and the place was very clean and had everything we needed. We look forward to returning to Bermuda and would think of no where else to stay.

Private, clean, beautiful central location

We had a wonderful stay. Property was very peaceful and relaxing. We had the pool to ourselves and were able chill in the pool after our day or site seeing. We were able to walk to buses or grab a taxi to get around. Hosts were available for questions but we had our privacy. Was a great stay

Great location, perfectly clean, relaxing, and comfortable accommodations!

We loved our time at Carlos and Ana's rental! Every inch of the apartment was spotless, and it had everything we needed to feel at home, from a kitchen with plenty of supplies to towels to enjoy the pool. The location was perfect because it allowed us access to some of the best beaches as well as to both ends of the island with their historical sites to see. They were so friendly and happy to help us with any needs that arose. We would definitely stay with them again if we are ever lucky enough to return to Bermuda!

Perfect Bermuda get away!

Staying at Carlos and Ana’s apartment was perfect. It was clean and as presented on the listing. The wine and lemon cake was a welcome surprise. Everything was perfect!

Our first trip to Bermuda was perfect thanks to this property. Ana and Carlos are the best hosts and their rental is clean and comfortable with every detail covered. We used the car charger everyday as well as the pool. The location is perfect, near a grocery story, the best beaches, and some amazing restaurants.

Great last vacation

This was my third trip to Bermuda. First time for a week with my girlfriend, second time to snorkel and this time for my bucket list to snorkel in St. George at Tobacco Bay. The owners, Carlos and Anna were wonderful hosts, had a bottle of wine and home made banana bread there for me when I arrived. The unit was perfect for me as I didn’t need anything big since I would be gone must of the day every day. The grounds were very nice, they even have a plum tree (Anna was nice enough to make me a concoction using the plums) and of course the beautiful swimming pool. I never took advantage of it but am sure it would be a great place to relax after a long day of shopping or soaking up the sun at the beach. This was my last trip to Bermuda as I have now seen everything that interested me. If you rent here you can’t go wrong, 2 bus stops, one closer than the other if you don’t mind a good walk. Or you can be brave and rent a scooter but remember they drive on the left side of the road.

Amazing

Ana and Carlos were the best hostesses one could wish for. On arrival and departure Carlos carried our heavy luggage from and to our taxi which we truly appreciated. A beautiful treat was to have a delicious banana loaf and wine waiting for us on our arrival. The studio apartment is beautiful appointed, very clean and bright and has everything that one would require. Carlos was kind enough to run us into Hamilton for us to pick up a few things that we needed. The bus routes are a short walk away and Carlos has the schedules in a binder for one to review. We would highly recommended staying at this beautiful accommodation because of the location and the hostesses. Carol Canada.

Perfect Bermuda vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Ana and Carlos's vacation apartment. Everything was comfortable and convenient and beautiful! We were able to prepare some meals in the cute and well appointed kitchen and enjoyed the side yard and pool area. The grounds are like a tropical paradise. It was nice to stay in a residential area and Carlos was very gracious in helping us get to where we could rent and return a scooter. Highly recommend!

Compact property with all amenities in gorgeous location

Ana and Carlos are lovely, generous hosts who organised and prepared all, including welcome cake and drinks. The studio is attached to a beautiful house in the middle of the island, near south shore beaches, with good access to the city of Hamilton. The gardens and pool are lush. The sound of tree frogs at night and morning cockerels was glorious. Would stay again!

Perfect!

I can't begin to say enough about Carlos, Ana, and the studio apartment! First, as hosts, they are the best. They made us feel welcomed, checked on our needs throughout the week, helped us figure out the island, surprised us with an anniversary treat, and helped us get around. Carlos even drove us to the central bus station in Hamilton on our first day so we could get our bus passes before they closed. He gave us helpful information and told us to call if we needed a ride. I've never met hosts so kind. Now, for the studio apartment. It is situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood. There's a separate entrance from the family and very private. The kitchen has everything you need. We had our private patio area and you would not know someone else lived there. The studio was spacious and well-appointed including beach towels and robes. The bed was super comfy! Plenty of room. Although we didn't use it, there is a beautiful pool. I sat beside it to relax after a long day of exploring. It truly was as comfortable as being at home. This is a hidden gem. Warwick is a great central location. We were within walking distance of two different bus lines and the ferry. We took public transportation all week and rented a scooter for the last two days. You can get everywhere by bus. The studio apartment is also close to the rail trail for a walk or pedal bike ride. We are coming back and will be staying here again!

Wonderful stay in Palm Grove

The studio apartment was everything we expected, clean, tidy and well furnished. The location in Warwick was perfect, quite and yet only a few minutes walk to Middle Road and the bus stops for either Hamilton one way or the historic Royal Navel Dockyard the other way. The grocery store was another few minutes walk. Bermuda is a beautiful island and the people are very friendly. Carlos and Ana are lovely hosts, very friendly and always helpful. I definitely recommend staying here.

walking is involved to get to bus stops which we wanted/did not rent scooter or car. Carlos and Ana very helpful. Great little HOME to come back to after adventuring for the day. Impressed with all the TV channels /even CANADIAN was available.
