When making reservations. Please include the number of guests that will be staying in the unit. The max capacity of people is four. You will be charged an extra fee of $125 per person, per night for unauthorized individuals that are not included on the reservation. This unit is NOT ideal for four adults.

I "ABSOLUTY DO NOT" allow any third-party bookings. It's a security and liability issue. The reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund, in addition to a $125 fee for each unauthorized guest, per night.

EXTENSIVE CLEANING: Please respect the proper and all its content. If there is extensive cleaning, smoking, of destroyed linens there will be a $150 charge to you. Please clean after yourselves.

I "DO NOT" allow parties or events on the premise. You will be charged $125 per guest that are not included on the reservation.

Long term reservist is allowed to book no more than 30 nights during a stay, per DC law. Any reservations over the 30-night limit will be subjected to alteration or cancelation.

Check-out is at 10:00 am. You will be charged $150 for an unauthorized late check-out.

There are two beds. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the sofa has a full-sized bed, ideal for two kids.
