This stylish and inviting 4 bed/2 bath townhome is stylish yet cozy. This is the perfect home for business travelers, groups of friends and for families visiting the area with little ones. Located in the heart of Del Ray, this home is centrally located & is within walking distance to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. As this is a brand new listing, all of our furniture is brand new. Our kitchen is fully stocked for our guests to cook full meals inside of our home.

Only a 10–15 minute drive to the Pentagon and D.C.’s famous monuments, and just 6 minutes to Old Town Alexandria, this location blends comfort, convenience, and charm.

Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine — no exceptions on moking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly prohibited indoors—including burning incense, sage, or any other smoke-based substances. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood with adjacent convenient parking. The beds were comfortable. The check in process, as well as communication with management was good. However, the owners do a MUCH better job of cleaning, emptying trash and checking for overall functionality before renting again. The trash was overflowing the entire stay! Also, the oven light was burned out, lights in living room were not working, hairs and bugs were on the floors, bathrooms were grimy, layers of hair and dust were on all the doors/woodwork. The place needs a DEEP CLEANING before renting again in my opinion.
