Lovely basement apartment with separate entrance, kitchen, and oversized couch perfect for family time or sprawling out after a long day. With a full kitchen and work desk you can live and work here comfortably while you visit Washington, DC. The property is only a four minute walk to the Metro, Trader Joe's grocery store, parks, and the dining in Barracks row, making it a great way to experience the amenities of DC while still retaining residential surroundings instead of the hectic sounds of downtown. The included garage (fitting a sedan or mid-size SUV) allows for guests to bring their vehicle without worrying about confusing street parking rules. We came for a short trip to see a concert at The Anthem - our stay was clean, quiet, & comfortable! Plenty of room, full kitchen, great neighborhood, easy check in process. Communication with host was seamless. Would look forward to returning in the future!

We had a wonderful stay here. The host was excellent with communication and the space was perfect for our family. We loved the amenities like supplied coffee and shampoo/soap for the shower. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and the Mall.

Check-in was seamless and easy. Quaint neighborhood you'd never guess was just 2 blocks away from Pennsylvania Ave. Excellent location!! 2 blocks to Metro bus and subway stops made it very nice to get around and save some walking. Less than a mile to the Library of Congress and start of the National Mall. It's also just a couple blocks away from several great eating spots and a CVS. Apartment was awesome!! Very clean with a relaxing living room, full kitchen, and comfortable bed. Garage was convenient to not have to worry about parking. Would stay again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
