Perfect Location and Perfect Place

We stayed for 2 weeks and it really was the perfect location, within walking distance of so many things! Everything was great with the house and we hope to visit again sometime soon and stay here again!

Great accommodations, comfortable beds, very convenient location. Grocery store is well stocked and only block away. Took only 25 min to walk to Smithsonian! We loved the family friendly atmosphere and menu at unconventional diner which is very close.

Great stay

Very nice place and perfectly as described. Clean and surprisingly quiet given in the middle of the city. Check was easy and street parking worked out fine. Washer and dryer were not working correctly so just make sure they are fixed if you think you’d need it. Will definitely stay again if needed.

Luxurious townhouse

Very well appointed and stylish townhouse. If I lived in Washington DC, I would enjoy living there full time. Host keeps everything very well stocked it was very comfortable.

A great find!

I couldn’t have asked for a perfect home that is close to everything! We had Mother’s Day dinner in the back patio. Walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. An easy Uber ride to the mall and museums. I would rent this place again!

Perfect Location and House for a Weekend in DC

It was EASY to get to everything. Convention center, museums, monuments, restaurants, grocery stores.. everything we needed felt like just steps away. And the house itself was spectacular. Clean, cozy and comfortable. The beds and bedding were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Our 3 night stay

The property was conveniently located ( a short 3 block walk to the Metro). Clean and furnished with all the necessities for our stay…. Including a nice outdoor patio and gas grill. The three bedrooms accommodated our group of six adults and the location to restaurants and grocery stores enhanced our stay. The host allowed us to drop off luggage before the official time.

Wonderful!

We loved Chartel’s home! So beautiful, clean, and spacious for our group of 5 adults. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Location great for the subway, fun bars/restaurants, and a supermarket one block away. Highly recommend! You won’t regret it!

Wonderful summer vacation with family in Washington DC

The house is in fantastic state. The beds were comfy, and we had all the appliances and utensils we needed. The location was wonderful being two blocks from the metro. Good restaurants, nearby and overall great location. The property manager was great to work with. We will return again.

The house is wonderful. Clean, beautiful, quiet,comfortable beds, great communication with the host. This house is located in the perfect location for our son’s GW graduation. We had three generations staying comfortably together in the house. This is definitely a 5 star property.
