SW DC Area: Our townhome is in the Congress Heights neighborhood of SW Washington, DC. This area is a vibrant, evolving part of the city. While close to major attractions, it offers a more authentic local experience away from the tourist centers. As in any urban environment, please remain aware of your surroundings. The new security system and garage parking are provided for your peace of mind.
Transportation: We are conveniently located near the Congress Heights & Anacostia Metro Stations (Green Line).
Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and typically arrive quickly.
Important House & Booking Information:
No Pets Allowed: No pets are allowed on the property for allergy reasons. Having an animal on the premises without prior approval may include termination of the reservation and guests will be held financially responsible for cleaning fees, repair costs for damage caused by the animal, and potential lost income due to necessary repairs or cleaning.
Mid-Term/Long-Term Stays Preferred: We welcome and prioritize stays of 31 days or longer. Our property is uniquely equipped for extended corporate or relocation needs. Please inquire about our specific monthly pricing and availability.
Furnishings: The property is professionally and fully furnished with numerous and high-end items. We ask that you treat all furnishings with care during your stay.
Utilities: For stays longer than 31 days, utilities (Wi-Fi, water, electricity, gas) are typically included in the monthly rate with a reasonable usage cap to ensure mindful consumption.
Check-in/Check-out: We offer flexible self-check-in and a simple self-check-out process.
Security: For the safety and security of our guests and the property, there are exterior security cameras installed at the front entrance and in the garage area. There are no cameras inside the property.
