Newly completely renovated town-home in a quiet residential neighborhood. First-class accommodations for short-term or corporate rental. Ideal for temporary duty assignments, diplomats, professionals, visiting families, business travelers, consultants, and for anyone looking for a comfortable FULLY EQUIPPED home away from home in DC.

GREAT LOCATION - Located right off Pennsylvania avenue, a short (about 7 minutes) drive to Capitol Hill neighborhood and 15 minutes drive to the United States Capitol. Conveniently located close to Anacostia Freeway (DC 295) and DC I-395 for easy access to Maryland and northern Virginia. Only 16 minutes drive from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. This property is in a residential neighborhood. The closest Metro station is about 5 minutes' drive from the property, and very good restaurant scenes at the Navy yard (Capitol Riverfront) and the Barracks Row Main Street at the Capitol Hill neighborhood are only 15 minutes' drive from the house.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION - Completely renovated with all new systems; electrical, plumbing and AC/Heating. Open floor plan, beautiful island with quartz counter-tops, all brand new stainless steel appliances; Samsung front loader washer/dryer, Dishwasher, side-by-side Refrigerator with ice maker, 5 burner gas cooking range, and Microwave oven. 55 inch ROKU TV, high speed internet, all hardwood flooring, 2 car off-street parking pad, and exterior cameras.

BASEMENT - The basement level is a separate/independent unit that has a kitchenette, full bathroom, bedroom and a 50 inch Roku TV & pull out sofa bed in the living room area.

MAIN KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchen on the first level has all cooking utensils, dishes, tea cups, drinking glasses, including wine glasses.

We stayed at this townhouse during winter break and had a great experience. The location is excellent — it’s only about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown DC.The house was very clean, well organized, and spacious enough for our group of eight. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated and fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient.Most importantly, the host was incredibly nice and responsive. Communication was quick and smooth throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place!

We communicated with our host via email. He/she responded quickly when we asked questions. The space was perfect for our group of six - two floors and a fully functional lower level. The house was spotless when we arrived and there was a welcome gift of snacks, water, and wine.

Six adult male friends stayed here for two nights to attend a Commanders game. The house is well suited for larger groups. The basement can serve as a 2nd secluded area. Ample parking for multiple vehicles. Nice outdoor features for socializing. I would not describe the house as being luxurious nor would I say that it’s in a nice part of town. However, the house is clean and has everything you will need. As long as you stay on the property you should be fine. We used Uber to get around, but would not walk through the neighborhood early in the morning or after dark. Would stay again.

Great place!

Out host was great communicating with us. Check in was smooth. The house was clean, perfect for our two families. We all had more than enough space. The basement living space is great. Since we were two families it gave each family there space. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had a Tahoe and it did fit in the private parking, however the fence would not clear to close, but it was never a problem. Our families required more pillows and the host so graciously dropped the off at the door. The neighborhood is so quite and it was a great place to relax.

Smithsonian museums trip

This 3 story townhome was setup nicely for our grownup family get together and visiting the Smithsonian museums. The place was very clean with updated appliances, 3 full baths plus 1/2 bath in main kitchen/living area. All my questions and requests were answered in a timely manner. Once we figured out the bus and metro schedules getting around was easy. Uber was good getting us home with groceries. Not much for restaurants in the area but we only had breakfast there. Lots of restaurants close to the museums. Museum cafe food was surprisingly good. We would stay here again as 5 nights is not enough time to visit all the sites. All the museums are 5 star. Great Place for Senior Trip

The house was great! We had a couple and 5 seniors for the trip and the house worked great. We were a little nervous when we saw the neighborhood, but had no issues during our stay. The parking in back is a little small for a Suburban, and the alley is tight, but we were able to park at an angle and make it work. The house was nice and it was easy to get around, we were about 4-5 minutes from the Naylor Road Metro and rode the train into town most days. We drove one day and parked near the White House, it took us about 25 minutes to drive there at 6:30am. The host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Overall,great experience!

Family visit in DC!

Me and my family (9 total) came to visit our family up in DC! The stay was great! Everything you needed was already in the home. There is plenty of space for everyone! The home was clean as well. The host is easy to get in contact with as well. It was also easy to get uber to come to the house to get us when we wanted to go out too! It’s about a 15 minute drive from downtown DC. We will be staying here again.

Baby Shower Family Event

Great Stay! Very clean and spacious and the small touches of leaving a bottle of wine and cookies upon our arrival - so thoughtful!!! We were in town for planning and preparing for my daughter's baby shower - we needed a house to accommodate family and friends attending from PA to CA - all arriving at different times. This house was close to the venue as we needed a place to both prepare food and get together. The house was also close to my daughter as well! If we ever need a place to stay this will be the first one on our list to secure again and again!!! Absolutely Amazing!

Awesome!

We had a great stay! We really were close to everything (tourist sights), less than 15 min to most of them, and we had parking on the premises! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The check in process was great, gave 4/4.5 because it took a while to get the address, once we had it everything went very smoothly. The host was lovely and really showed that they care about providing what their guests need. This trip and our stay provided wonderful memories for our family.

Lovely home

My family and I stayed at this home for a trip to the Smithsonian Institute Museums. It was perfect, just a short trip to the metro. We enjoyed our stay, the accommodations were very clean and the owner was quickly responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend.

The owners provided detailed information (general info, local grocery/pharmacy/restaurants etc.) and responded timely to messages. The house was clean, homey and felt safe…perfect home away from home☺️. If we ever come back to DC, we’ll definitely stay there again.

Perfect quick getaway

The timing was perfect and everything was well explained. Check in process was a breeze. The back area was a little difficult to find but once found very easy. We are a family of 5 from NC with a couple from California. We had deparate area which gave us priivacy but also a common area so we could come together as a family. Clean and well kept, we truly appreciated it. Thank you for making the stay the least of our worries!

Great “home base” for our DC visit!
