Your beautiful, specifically designed home away from home is only a block away from King Street. Enjoy the conveniences of historic Old Town Alexandria, by enjoying local restaurants, cafes, and shopping.
This home is excellent for getaway for friends, interns, couples, families or business travelers. It is the ideal base for Old Town and Washington, D.C. Your home features three bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1/2 bath on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen, private fenced in backyard with outdoor seating, and plenty of room to comfortably spread out in the living area. Don't forget about the Charcoal Brick Oven in the back.
Upon entering the home, you'll step into the freshly designed living room, with the a large sofa to relax on while you watch your favorite series on the mounted TV. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all on the main floor and are a perfect space conveniently to enjoy a meal together and have the entire group engaging in fun conversations. The dining room features 6 modern chairs, seated at a gorgeous glass table.
With Whole Foods less than 10 minutes walk and a kitchen that is fully-stocked, you have access to everything you'll need to make and enjoy meals at home. The kitchen also has a door leading to the outdoor space with seating.
The home features hardwood floors throughout with stairs leading you to the 2nd level of the home where you will find the three bedrooms, and two full-size bathrooms. The main bedroom easily sleeps 2 people on the queen sized-bed and has an ensuite. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a desk with a chair, perfect for working from home or completing homework. The third bedroom has two Twin beds where siblings can keep one another company and friends can share stories about the day together.
