Welcome to Sunshine Serendipity where SUNSHINE lives!

You will make happy discoveries and create the best memories at this amazing 4 bedroom Master Suite Villa located just 32 miles from Zion National Park.
There is also a beautiful outdoor heated community pool and hot tub. The pool also features a lap pool for those wanting to swim laps. Walking trails and parks nearby. These are all within walking distance of the home.

This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. Sunshine Serendipity is in the brand-new community called The Casitas at Sienna Hills. Located close to all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park are only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

Looking for Adventure? There are endless trails to discover. This is the perfect place that offers so many varieties of activities and adventures in the St. George, Utah and Zion National Park area. Perfect conditions for rock climbing, mountain biking and exploring all the canyons! You can also experience hiking and biking on unique trails. Come to experience sunny St. George, Utah where your vacation is packed with adventure!

This property is fully stocked with the comforts of home and more!

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in this luxury kitchen. Featuring Stainless steel appliances as well as a side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and separate gas stove top. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, crock pot, blender, pancake grill, toaster, spices and a mixing bowls to enjoy baking. Kitchen area will seat 8 with additional seating at the bar. The living room has two comfortable couches, a chair, and a large flat screen TV. You will also enjoy the large back patio with beautiful views. The patio has a bbq and patio furniture to enjoy the warm desert breeze.

The main level master suite features a king size bed. The room is perfectly decorated and comes with a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks
and a walk-in shower. Also features a large walk-in closet.

The second master bedroom is also located on the main floor which features a Queen. The second master bathroom has a tub shower combo. Also has a grab bar in the shower.

The third master bedroom is on the second floor which features 2 queen size beds. Also has a desk. The third master bathroom has a tub shower combo.

The fourth master bedroom has two sets of twin over full bunk beds. The fourth master bath features a tub shower combo.

1 King, 3 queen and 2 sets of bunks twin over full. 4 twin aero beds.

If bringing a pet there is a $150 pet fee.

We had a great time!

The property is a great space, every room has a bathroom! Lots of fun social spaces! And the air hokey is the best!!!! The kitchen has every appliance that you could need. I love that this place is dog friendly, thanks! We were able to communicate with the property manager, but they didn’t seem to feel the need to fix the broken lock on the front door… so we were worried and tried very hard to not get locked out. There’s not a garage door opener, just a key pad. Other than that we very much enjoyed it stay!

Great property in a great location

Our family group of six adults, two kids and one infant fit perfectly. We stayed two nights and the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. The property had the perfect amenities for every age. It wasn't wheelchair accessible but our disabled grandmother was able to manage the one step into the property with a little help. The play area under the stairs was used constantly by the kids (although it could have used a some light in the corner). There were two pack and plays and a high chair that were all in good condition. Half the group swam in the HOA pool and there were plenty of beach towels. The mini toiletries were appreciated by those of us who forgot to bring our own. The kitchen was well-stocked for the one meal we prepared. The property was clean, the A/C was perfect for July and there was plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We especially liked how close the pool was to the house. There was some issues with the upstairs tv and we were never able to get it working, however we would consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay

This was one of 2 properties we rented for our soccer team. All the gals enjoyed the stay. We were bummed when the hot tub broke, but we got to use it a couple of times before that happened. It would have been nice to use after our last 2 games, but that wasn't to be. :)

Serendipitous stay!

This property was perfect for our extended Memorial Day weekend getaway with the family and our pups. It was so clean and comfortable. Tons of amenities and great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

One of the best!

This is one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in. The home is furnished like a home rather than a rental property. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. The living room has table lamps for cozy ambiance in the evening. The kids play area under the stairs was a hit with our toddler. The hosts were very responsive. We had a small issue with the kitchen faucet, and they had a repair person out within a few hours. Overall we can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s a winner!!

Best rental home ever

We've stayed in this community several times visiting St George for kids athletic tournaments. The location is great for I-15 and SR-9 access, and the community pool has been consistently clean and pleasant. This house has a great layout and is well stocked with EVERYTHING (including dish towels which can be hit or miss and drives my wife crazy). We loved playing air hockey and ping pong and sitting on the back porch. This unit backs onto a bluff and has a particularly nice view and open space that is outstanding compared to the units in the interior of the community. This one is top of our list for when we return.

Excellent!!

Can't say enough good things about this property! We had such a good time. Everything you can think of is provided, all towels for the pool as well as showering at home, the kitchen is stocked with every kind of appliance you could want, every kind of baking dish or pan. There is soooo many pool toys, loungers for adults and kids a wagon for pulling the kids and pool toys to the pool. A great bbq on the back patio, the linens were exceptional ( I want to know where they are from! lol). Really just the best we will definitely be back again!!!

This place was GREAT!!

This place was spacious and had everything. The ping pong table came in quite handy. The bed were comfortable. The AC worked. The pool was awesome. They allowed our dog and he loved it too!! Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Relax and Play

Our family loved our stay here. The home is beautiful with great art and furnishings. The beds are supportive and comfortable. There was something to engage each of the 3 generations and enough room for everyone to spread out and have alone time when needed. You can literally bike onto trails from the house. We would love to stay here again.

Great stay at convenient location

The house was beautiful and clean. Entry was simple and they had everything we needed including a waffle maker! There was plenty of space for our group and made for a great stay.

Perfect for daytime adventures

This was the perfect home for our family of 8. Close to National Parks, shopping and restaurants. The house was spacious and well appointed. Toys and games were a nice touch and our kids loved them. There are a variety of pool toys, some yard games, a ping pong table and even 3 bikes. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again anytime.
