Wonderful place to stay.

Like the title says, wonderful place to stay. Very clean, quiet, amazing views. Coffee in the morning, muffins. Would definitely stay again on our next trip.

This is the absolute perfect stay for a couple. The hosts were phenomenal. They were very responsive to any questions that we had. They even made suggestions on places to go that were close. We would recommend this place to anyone. And to say that Deb's muffins were good... that is an understatement. They were fantastic!!!

Very nicely appointed for a loft. Deb is very creative and fast to respond to messages. We would stay there JUST for the muffins set out for us! Wonderful view, reasonable cost compared to expensive Anchorage hotels

Wonderful View

The homemade muffins made it extra special. Very clean. Wish it would not have been raining so we could’ve sat outside and enjoyed the view. Perfect for our overnight stay. It was close to the Iditarod headquarters too.

Amazing views!

We stayed for 1 night to attend a wedding nearby, and it was the perfect place! All of the amenities we needed with a beautiful view. Deb was very communicative. Would absolutely come back!

We stayed two nights here and absolutely loved it! We travel a lot and this was definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in a while! Deb and her husband are great hosts and made our stay very enjoyable! We enjoyed coffee and banana bread (that Deb made and left for us!) on the porch and looked at the beautiful view. We’ll definitely be back if we’re in town again!

Cozy Accommodation with an outstanding view

This was our last night in Alaska and was a fitting end to a fabulous holiday. We sat on the deck and soaked up the views and reflected on our travels. The accommodations were very comfortable with everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and helpful .

Absolutely gorgeous views! Very clean inside and comfortable bed. Very thoughtful, cozy amenities. Stayed only one night and slept great. I appreciate the blackout curtains! I will stay here again.

Great stay with great views

I really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and very well kept. The only drawback is that there is a unit next door that is just seperated by a door and you can hear everything that goes on in the other unit. But overall it was a great little place.

My husband and I work seasonally in Seward, AK and stopped here on our way in and back from there. The view is breathtaking and we enjoyed eating dinner/breakfast on the patio. Room is adorable and well decorated with fresh muffins, a list of activities and restaurants to visit, and plenty of coffee. The bathroom is well stocked and the shower is amazing! We loved staying here and plan on staying every time we come to work in Alaska!

Absolutely beautiful!! Really a beautiful view and everything was so clean. Deb and husband were very friendly. Hope if we are ever able to travel back to Alaska we can stay longer then one night. Great place for our last night in beautiful Alaska!

The loft is clean and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches. Deb (the host) is friendly and we felt very welcomed. She prepared tangerines and muffins as our breakfast which I enjoyed having on the patio while watching the beautiful mountain view and her cute dogs running around lively in the garden. The self check-in instruction is clear and easy. I definitely recommended this place!

The property was amazing in every way! Clean, comfortable, beautiful views! Well set up! The hosts thought of everything when setting up this property! They left us a very nice letter to introduce themselves and tell us a little bit about themselves. They left a gift bag of water bottles and snacks, along with some amazing homemade muffins! We would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Alaska!

Beautiful view

Was beautifully furnished with beautiful view. Was a little noisy since it was just a room connected to the house. Could hear conversation and noises of kitchen use. Some crashing into door. Too noisy for my husband to take a much needed nap. Window to our patio remained open to owners kitchen I think so didn’t feel very private as we sat outside.

Lovely view, sweet unit,

Very pleased with view and well decorated unit. The problem was mine, not knowing the distance from touring spots I was looking for. I should have booked into Anchorage or Seaward. Only disappointment was stepping in dog droppings on my arrival. Dogs were well behaved. Some alarm beeped all night in the main house ; suspect it was water heater based on ice cold shower next morning. Too bad the family didn’t hear it. That’s just one of those things that can happen. Would definitely recommend if it’s the right location for you. Perhaps some listing of distances to popular tourist spots would be helpful to first time visitors. Glaciers and tours from Seaward.. Still we loved it. Able to read out on deck with my mug of tea at the end of each day with a priceless view

Exceeded our expectations, the loft was warm, clean and cozy. Communication was excellent. The decor was spot on for the environment with views of the lake and mountains. Perfect place to stay less than an hour from Anchorage.
