"What a great vacation! The hotel is located a short walk from the heart of Old Town shopping area. The staff really made sure that we had a wonderful time. They were attentive and went out their way to make sure we had what we needed. The breakfast was great a nice variety of foods. Most people would be able to find several offerings that suit their palate. My room was clean and very comfortable. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable experience."

"Beware Sunday night’s, the fun that the staff put on is contagious. Excellent location for Sunday Old Town Phuket market, step out side the premise's and you’re right amongst it. As I said they have a great sense of fun and everyone is so welcome to join in, singing and dancing on the Street. Great stay and great people."

"Clean hotel and friendly staff! Location is great to experience parts of old town and a 10 minute drive to Rassada pier for those going to the islands. Only thing is they don’t have elevators so you may just have to carry your luggage up the stairs for those staying on higher floors. Great hotel!"

"Staff was great and very helpful. English ability varies but those who did speak were very engaged. Location was great to be close to but not exactly in the Old Town. One downside to location is that you might need to guide the less experienced ride share/taxi drivers since the Google / app maps can be a bit misleading in how to get there Only real issue is poor flushing toilet but that is common in many non Western countries so it comes with the territory if you plan to travel a lot"
