"Clean room and comfortable beds."

"Great location, but room was dirty. There was a huge wad of hair under the TV and dust on the night stands. Asked if there were any other rooms facing the bay and they said no. Staff said they would send housekeeper to clean immediately and we waited over an hour and they still hadn’t gone. They hadn’t notified housekeeper when they said they would because the lady at the front desk “forgot” and when we went to ask, they finally did. Other than that, the stay was ok. There was a lot of street noise with cars and motorcycles revving their engines."

"room had an ocean view. not a clean room a run down room and air conditioning smells like smoke when on and the unit and water heater were covered in mold. Bathroom was run down uneven tiles broken tiles. Toilet tank cover did not fit and was just set on top of it. The door closed had a large gap that can be seen through. Missing light fixtures "

"First was an unexpected $50 deposit which was disappointing, but we did recover the deposit about an hour after checkout. Second, the Pictures on Expedia showed our room with a sleeper futon. There wasn’t one. Booked this room because of the extra space, but we made it work. Staff was helpful otherwise. Room was not top notch, but location was great."

"The room was great. The beach was beautiful. Walking distance to the aquarium. Food was great at pier 99. We will definitely visit again. "

"My experience at residence Inn was not very good. First of all. They made me wait for a very long time for a room and stated that their cleaning person had quit and there was someone new and they were taking forever, then they put me in a room next to some body who was very noisy hanging outside talking very loudly so I asked to move. I had to wait over an hour for another room then I get to the room my towels were stained and dirty, so I had to give them back and ask them for some clean white towels. The property is not very well kept it is OK. I did book the room on Expedia and there was a deal and I guess you get what you pay for. My blanket on my bed was very musty smelling, and the room smelled the same. It is like they do not wash the blankets. The only perk of staying here was being right in proximity of the ocean being able to see the ocean and walk there just in a couple of minutes other than that this is a low budget inn and on top of that, floorboard sunken in room. No guest soap to wash off. Glad I had my own they offered nothing. "

"Room was clean, cool and nicely decorated. We had an Ocean view room just above the pool. It was beautiful. 3 min walk to the beach and to the Fajitaville restaurant. Parking convenient. Had to pay a $50 refundable deposit. Staff was great and location felt safe and was clean. Worth the price and will definitely be back! "
