If it weren't for the desk representative the night before, I would have paid more for dinner! Great friendly people ready with local recommendations. Regarding the room, everything was neat and tidy, and while I wish I had a mini-fridge, it was on me to book or ask. No complaints. The breakfast room was a bit untidy, however. No protein nor fruit selections, though had some basics to fuel me for a run: cereal, bagel, peanut butter, coffee.

Clean and quiet.

Mary was a great and friendly receptionist. The room was very small, but we had everything we needed. Our only actual complaint was the luggage cart, not a good 1st impression, one wheel was broken and another flat. It was worth 3 trips to the car with luggage, etc, not to have to use it again.

Rooms need upgrade and renovations. Spider cobwebs in the bathroom. Amenities were fine but the towels and bedding could have been refreshed. Complimentary breakfast was ok but considering the price it works. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

I likeed the pancake machine, it was Kool even though I am a waffle person. Was a little disappointed that it said a pool was there but wasn't. The exercise room was great.

The hotel needs work as it is getting run down. Looks like staff make efforts to clean but carpets and finishes are old. Room smelled of smoke unfortunately. Staff was pleasant.

Easy check in and check out, clean room, calm area, good A/C, breakfast ok but missing some items on monday morning. I would of like to have a mini refrigerator in the room. Nothing is close by. You have to take your car to go to restaurant or visit the area.

The carpet in the room was absolutely filthy. The beds were comfortable. There was no maid service once we checked in for the 3 day stay. So disappointing. Won’t stay in a Microtel again.

This property would greatly benefit from a thorough renovation. During our stay, we experienced significant noise disturbances while staying on the first floor, as tenants on the second floor—particularly teenagers—were running, jumping, and shouting after 11 p.m. On a positive note, both the manager and customer service team were understanding and responsive to our concerns. Breakfast was included; while the selection was limited, it was acceptable given the price point.

Value was not there.

Check in and out went smoothly. Very clean room. My only issues were the room was TINY! Like really tiny. No small refrigerator or anything and no usb charging ports. Very expensive for what it is, not sure if id stay at a Microtel again without doing a little research.

Service was 100. The building is older and our room had a strong smell, that left us smelling. Bed was fine, water pressure low and water never got hot. I cannot say enough, the service was awesome.

Reasonable price and location. The workers were all friendly and helpful. The handicapped room was way down the hall and around the corner. I don’t know who designed this handicapped bathtub. The tub was so high you had to step up to get in the shower. My handicapped friend fell out. He is okey. I nearly fell too. Broken ice machine, broken hairdryer, broken heat lamp and no refrigerator.

While check in was easy and staff was nice, the hotel smells musty like smoke and the room has very strong cleaner odor. When looking over the room, we noticed the bed sheet is ripped, toilet not cleaned well, sink has little hair clippings around the faucet. Overall not happy
