"Breakfast was great, staff really nice and friendly. Room was clean and tidy, only gripe would be the size and position of the tv. It’s low down and small but apart from that it’s all good"

"Was bit disappointed do find marks on the bath so it looked like something stuck on it but was actually damage on bath other then this was a excellent stay enjoyed being able to eat gluten free allergy in the restaurant "

"breakfast was good and staff were lovely but the buildings for the accommodation were very run down and I didn't feel safe going around the back of the block to the door (as a woman on her own) TV was broken/ channels wouldn't load. Shower was lovely and warm and bathroom clean but it did feel a bit like an army barracks"

The spa was closed (main reason for booking) and only found out during check in, however we able to use the spa facilities at their neighbor hotel at The Celtic Manor Resort, which is a gorgeous resort and we got to use the facilities on check in day and after check out too! Was a nice weekend overall."
