Very Good

Staff was very friendly. Room was decent. The only thing I would suggest for improvement was breakfast - many items were out (there were no bread items next to the toaster) and coffee was out when I went back for more.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Nice staff, clean room that didn’t have a strong scent. Walls are very thin, bring ear plugs. The room was very bright with the outside lights coming in and no curtain.
Liked how it was up on a hill, l didn't get any traffic noise. Tv didn't wanna work at first, so l had the manager come, & it only took a flick of a button on the TV. Excellent staff. Will be going back there on my next trip
Booked last minute and they were fast to accommodate my booking. Easy check in, rooms were very nice and updated, pricing was very affordable and checking out was fast and simple.
It was clean… that's it. The TV didn't work... they had trouble running my credit card at check-in… and the breakfast was bread, waffle mix, or cereal. The property clearly needs updating. But it was very clean.
Nice, basic hotel that appears to cater to local work crews, but all were friendly and respectful. However the walls are thin and the people next door (not part of the work crew) were blasting their TV until 1:30 so did not get much rest.

Upon arrival and receiving our room we were sent to an unfinished room and had to go back to the desk for a different room. I started to grab a tissue and realized they were stuffed back into the box in a ball. No, thank you. Maybe they were fine but I’m not going to be the one to find out. The room otherwise was clean. The bed seemed to be comfortable enough and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The building does need some updating, but overall my stay was comfortable. My job required me to work in my room during the day and there was ongoing maintenance in the rooms on either side of me, so the noise was a minimal inconvenience. The staff was attentive and very polite. The breakfast was decent - the waffles were great but could use additional toppings like fruit.
All in all our stay here was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a room with 2 queen beds and there were only 2 pillows on each bed. Though that was strange but it was fine. We didn't ask for more but I'm sure they would have given us more if we asked.
All in all a great stay and would stay there again if in Waynesboro.
Thank you,
Daniel

It's the only hotel/motel in the area. Nothing fancy older place but large room. Very well lit so we felt safe and parking is right by your door. Everything was fine as we were only sleeping there and spending our days with family locally. Only strange thing was that no one ever cleaned our room in the 3 days we were there. Someone would come by and drop of towels we assume while we were out. Bed never made up or any other cleaning. Dead fly on floor was there everyday.
While the hotel itself was clean and comfortable - after our experience there I cannot give it more than a single star. Honestly, I wish I could just skip the stars portion due to how horribly this stay went. I had 4 bus drivers stay here for one night. 4 charter buses parked in the lot adjacent to the hotel (after asking the front desk where they could park). The bus drivers had an assignment 30 45 minutes away at 8am the following morning, so we knew we'd be out of there by the time any businesses were starting up.
At 6am the FRONT DESK provided one of my FEMALE driver's ROOM NUMBER and location to an irrate MALE who demanded to know "who parked the buses there?" and demanded the buses be moved. This unknown man then went to my female driver's room and began BANGING on the door, shaking the door handle and screaming profanities. When the driver opened the door confused, the man stepped a foot INSIDE her room and she had to push him out with the door.
The man stayed in the parking lot screaming and yelling and as all 4 drivers came out he drove around screaming and cussing at them. A police officer (called by the man) then sat and watched my drivers load their things onto their coaches and then FOLLOWED THEM out of the county.
The last part is not the hotels fault - but NONE of this would have occurred if the hotel had not put my drivers' safety at risk by sharing their room number.
Such a scare world we live in, and this hotel is putting lives at risk.
