"We really enjoyed our stay at Drooly Bear Cabin. The cabin was very comfortable and fit our needs well as we were in the area for a family reunion. The grandkids enjoyed the cabin stay and playing outside. We actually had a very large black bear visit the first night. Matt was a great host to work with through the process. Thanks again!"

"Everything with this property was spot on!! It was a great stay!! No complaints!! This property was very clean, bedding, towels, beds, pillows and the blankets were the softest cleanest. Felt like home. It ie accessible to everything!! Pet friendly!! Pool!! The host was excellent, very nice, great communication and very thoughtful!! Teresa knows what she is doing with her property!! Thank you very much!! Will return!!!"

"If possible, I would give this house 4.5 stars. Since that is not an option, I rounded up to 5. The house was very clean. We appreciated the little touches: toiletries, a basket of snacks, and paper products to get started. Having linens provided is always appreciated. The kitchen had a lot of pots and pans, utensils, and dishware. We would've appreciated some storage containers for leftovers. Thankfully, I brought some from home.The kids loved playing in the stream (and it is shallow enough we didn't worry about them). Being 15 minutes from the lake beach was nice.Why 4.5? In our opinion, it was pricey for the size of the house. It can be hard to tell the size from photos. We were hoping it was a bit bigger than it looks, but the photos were pretty accurate. There are a lot of bedrooms, but the main living space is not that big. Thankfully, we had pretty good weather. For a house that sleeps 21 people, the base price should include 21 people. Adding on 18 a person a night is a lot. We've stayed in a different rental house with similar amenities that was twice this size for the same price."
