"This home met or exceeded every expectation. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean very area of the home was. On to the spaces; every room was as described. Bedrooms were roomy. There was seating galore; both inside the home and in the lanai. We also were impressed at the items furnished for the guests to use; plenty of pool toys, ping pong and cornhole. . Check in and out was flawless, we had 9 ladies in our group, and everyone was very happy with the home."

"Any issues we had (and ours were minor) Alan responded within minutes. The location is great.The house is listed as three-bedroom, but is actually only a two-bedroom home with queen size bed and futon in the lower level. Our daughter and her 15 yr old son shared this area and it worked out fine. We had 5 adults, a 15 yr old, and a 1 yr old and had no problem with the sleeping arrangements."
