"Lucked out finding this on Expedia! Older building but nicely updated and very clean. Staff is super friendly—Mr. Derek was amazing and went above and beyond. SUPER quiet, which I loved. For the price, it was a steal—king bed, full fridge, dishwasher, stove, and all the essentials. Bonus: accessible features already in place and free breakfast 6–9am. Highly recommend!"

"Room was dirty upon checking in. Stains on couch. Hair strains everywhere. They gave us dirty towels with stains and hair strains. The mirror was dirty with finger and palm prints. The dishes on the shelf were wet. Just filthy. I do not recommend staying here. "

"I stay here every time we have a baseball tournament in Broussard. It’s a great hotel. The staff is amazing. The young lady at the front desk always remembers my name. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else."
