Ruhige Lage im Grünen, sehr freundlicher und hilfbereiter Empfang, großzügiges Zimmer. Großer Balkon mit Stühlen und Blick auf den Golfplatz - einzig er ist renovierungsbedürftig.

Das gebuchte Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber, so waren noch Flaschenränder auf dem Sideboard zu sehen, die Fenster waren schmutzig, der Balkon mit Waschbetonplatten aus den 70ziger versehen, die auch noch Grünspan aufwiesen... alles in allem für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse völlig unvorstellbar! Der Service insgesamt war ok, das Essen im Restaurant gut aber als es darum ging, die Frühstückszeit am Sonntagmorgen um 30 Minuten vorzuverlegen (wir haben an einen Wettkampf teilgenommen und hatten eine frühe Startzeit!) gab es heftige Diskussionen und man könne auch keine Regeln brechen... alles in allem wenig flexibel kundenorientiert.

Goed gelegen hotel in alle rust.

Vanuit Weer goed met de fiets te bereiken (4-5 km). Rustige omgeving. Goed ontbijt. Wat minder is, is de prijs - kwaliteit verhouding. Relatief prijzige kamer voor het aangebodene. Ik mis toch ook een koelkast. En de kamer was relatief warm, waarbij de ramen niet open konden. Als compensatie wel een goed werkende airconditioning.

Prima Hotel, waren hier om Bospop te bezoeken

Hotel ligt erg mooi gelegen. Personeel was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij. We mochten onze fietsen binnen neerzetten. Ontbijt top.

Use Hotels.com & get an old, worn room by parking

I've stayed at Crossmoor before but booked a one night stay recently and was put in a worn out, dirty, somewhat broken room over the parking lot. I heard golfers walking to/from the greens at all hours of daylight. No AC so I had to open the screen door, which was broken and fell off, allowing bugs in. Granted, I paid a low rate for just 1 person, but there were few people staying in the hotel - I don't think they needed to put me in the spare, handicapped equipped room - or should have told me that was all they had. I return to the area often and will look elsewhere. Too bad, because I like the restaurant and neighborhood.

Lugnt, lummigt familjärt

Trevligt litet hotell i kombination med Golfbana. En bit från centrum och begränsat med saker att göra. Passade på att låna en klubba och gick till drivingrange. Detta var gratis, greenfee ca 50€ för gäster för den som vill spela. Fräscht och rent, härlig säng till ett bra pris. Bra restaurang o frukost. Säsongsöppet

Einladendes Hotel, allerdings Schwächen im Service

Das Hotel macht von Außen einen gepflegten Eindruck als Clubhaus eines Golfplatzes. Der Check-in war problemlos. Der Weg zum Zimmer war leider etwas problematisch, da wir uns an der Wäschelieferung des Housekeeping vorbeiquetschen mussten, die auf der Treppe stand. Das Zimmer war gut, ein Standardzimmer mit den übelriechen Features wie TV, Föhn etc. Das bad bot ausreichend Platz und die allgemeine Sauberkeit war gegeben. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war guter Standard. Beim Frühstück würden wir gefragt, ob wir eine Nacht oder zwei Nächte bleiben, was etwas Verwirrung bei uns auslöste, da zwei Nächte gebucht waren. Bei unserer Rückkehr am Abend war das Zimmer leider vom Housekeeping nicht hergerichtet worden, man wollte uns zwar ein neues Zimmer anbieten, allerdings war es ein langer Tag was wir daher ablehnten. Alles in allem war der Eindruck vom Hotel gut, bis auf die Mängel im Housekeeping - was durchaus ein Einzelfall sein kann.
