I had a bit of trouble accessing the key fob as it is self-service check-in, but a very quick call to the management sorted it straight away. "Very nice hotel. We booked it to use the hot tub while we were there. We were disappointed to learn that there was a steep charge to enter and you had to make a reservation which gave you an hour. Overall, the hotel was in an excellent location but without parking. The luggage drop off is also tricky. The breakfast buffet was huge. "

"It's on a spectacular road of large Victorian houses & the room I stayed in was in keeping: it was large & high ceilinged. It & its shower room were very very clean. The welcome was helpful & friendly. I hope to stay again in the near future."
