"An overall excellent stay, this is why we keep coming back when we stay in Cardiff. The only adverse comment this time was the breakfast on the second day of our stay. We had to wait for some of the food items and the bacon was somewhat hard, very unusual for this quality hotel, especially on the day when dining room Wass fairly quiet."

The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, while the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. The bar was also a great spot to unwind, with a wonderful atmosphere and excellent service.
