The whole experience was awesome. I couldn't fault the service at all. My unit was on the ground floor, right out front, but there must have been superior sound-proofing as I couldn't hear traffic at all. My unit was beautifully decorated, bed linens clean and fresh and fabulous curtaining. The cleaning service was impeccable and the Adelaide Motel is so handy to everything, with the Woolworths supermarket virtually across the road. I highly recommend it. My stay was for 3 nights and I can't wait to find another excuse to go back there!

The owner was so helpful and caring. I booked 2 units but in the end really only needed 1 as there were just the 3 of us. She offered a partial refund and was kind enough to move her car to assist with parking and also helped with the luggage!

More concern needs to be taken about the guests. The people in the room next to us had extremely loud music that wasn't addressed until I rang reception at about 10pm. Even then the person I spoke to seemed reluctant to address this issue.
