the rooms were exactly as pictured nice and welcoming and quiet, we were very happy with our stay from the nice night time view of the lights to the top notch food from the restaurant. we would definitly stay again thanks guys

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have found it to be very convenient and comfortable. The only negative from this stay was that its restaurant cooking staff were obviously having a bad night, as our meals were overcooked.

The location is convenient, close to the motorway. Too close to the motorway when you have the windows open. Run down, no air conditioning, one fan. Hot plates in Room M don’t work, no stove. Probs won’t stay again.

When I booked through Expedia it included breakfast, when I went for my breakfast I was told it wasn't included. Nothing wrong with the property but I won't deal with Expedia again

We experienced an incident from a regular customer, where the night manager handled the situation poorly, he did not check up on us to see how we were after the incident. We ended out having to get the police involved. The security in the room we had was poor, the window latches were partially broken and they could not be secured properly. The noise from the motorway below is constant.
