About this property

Rustic studio on the city fringe

  • Tucked away in a classic Wellington hillside suburb, this compact studio offers simplicity, privacy, and charm. With a small bathroom and simple cooking facilities, it’s perfect for a fuss-free stay.

Access is via a shared steep path (a true Wellington rite of passage). On-street parking, bus services, and a scenic walk to the city are nearby. Priced affordably, with the character of an older home and the occasional hello from our friendly dog.
