Nobody was in reception when I arrived the at night. I needed ask help with a sir there that contacted by phone the hotel manager and they unlocked an emergency key room. Today, it was the same case to may check-out where nobody was at the reception to receive the key. The room quality is good and big. The problem of this hotel is the terrible assistance. Also, they will take money for you pay the towel. If it’s necessary to pay, the information should be included on Expedia. I do not recommend it!

Super ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal ist super nett und auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist solide. Nun aber zum schlechten. Das Hotel ist mächtig in die Jahre gekommen und auch nicht wirklich das sauberste. Fleckige Wände und Gardinen. Schwarze Flecken im Bad. Durchgelegenes Bett und überall Spinnenweben.

Wir sind immer wieder gerne im Regio Hotel am Brocken. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer sauber, wenn auch ein wenig altbacken eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem und eher weich. Das Frühstück ist gut mit viel Auswahl, auch als Veganerin war ich mit dem Obst und den Antipasti gut bedient. Der Kurpark ganz in der Nähe lädt zum Entspannen ein. Leider gibt es fußläufig lediglich einen kleinen Edeka-Markt als Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie zwei bis drei Restaurants. Mit dem Auto ist man aber schnell in Wernigerode oder Braunlage, wo man sich mit allem versorgen kann. Alles in allem ein netter Ort zum Urlaubmachen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rigtig fint til prisen. Der var ingen at finde i receptionen, så vi måtte selv lede efter en til at checke ind. Gammelt men charmenrede hotel. God morgenmads buffet, der var der godt at vælge i mellem. Der kom også et ekstra gebyr (turist gebyr)

Gammelt hotel der ligger i lidt i udkanten af alting. Fik dog en rigtig fin gåtur i den omkringliggende natur og personalet er super flinke, og morgenmaden er god.

チェックインが時間の指定があるので必ずメールをチェックしてオンラインチェックインをしておいてください。それさえ済ませてあれば快適な滞在ができます。 15時以降は無人になります。 私は忘れていたので当日慌てましたが、なんとかなりました。部屋は明るくて清潔快適。サウナもスイッチを見つけてONにすれば良いだけです。タオルもセットされています。 価格も満足できるので、リピート候補です。

Tolles Hotel mit tollem Service. Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man aber bei der frischen Bergluft und dem tollen Ausblick schnell vergisst. :)

Waren für eine Nacht im Regio-Hotel, da wir auf den Brocken wandern wollten. Der Aufstieg beginnt direkt hinter dem Hotel, insofern war es gut gelegen. Der Check-In erfolgte vorab bereits online, vor Ort musste dann nur noch an der Rezeption der Schlüssel abgeholt werden. Die Rezeption befand sich etwas überraschend im ersten Stock im Frühstücksraum und nicht am Tresen am Eingang. Man wird aber per Aushang nach oben geleitet. Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück ordentlich. Das Zimmer 20 hat jedoch eine Renovierung nötig, das Mobiliar und die Türen erschienen schon etwas abgenutzt. Aber es war alles sauber und wir haben gut geschlafen.

Einrichtung in den älteren Zimmern ist schon ziemliche abgewohnt. Dafür ist die Lage inkl. Parkplätze und das Personal sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist top und reichlich.

ich fand es schlecht, kein Personal an der Rezeption. Ich musste das Zimmer suchen, da keine Ausschilderung vorhanden war. Ich bekam eine Rechnung mit ausgewiesenem Frühstück, welches ich nicht wollte. Zum anderen wäre auch nicht einmal Platz für mich gewesen. Auf die Frage einer anderen Rechnung wurde gesagt das ginge nicht. Auch auf meine telefonische Nachfrage und der Hauptadresse wollte man mir nicht helfen. Mitr werden Spesen vom Arbeitgeber abgezogen für eine Frühstück, das ich weder wollte noch zu mir genommen habe. Auch so war es keine Hotel was ich noch einmal buchen würde. Sorry für meine Worte - aber ich mag persönliche Kontakt beim Empfang!

Eine zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommene charmant-rustikale Unterkunft, aber mit einem großzügigen Frühstücksbuffet und freundlichem Personal. Morgens hielt oft das warme Wasser nicht lange durch und es braucht definitiv zeitnah bessere Matratzen. Vielen Besuchern waren sie zu weich und durchgelegen.

Badezimmer war komplett verschimmelt. Das Personal aus der Küche arbeitet unter anderem auch an der Rezeption und als Reinigungspersonal. Die Rezeption war demzufolge kaum besetzt. Selbst die Mitarbeiter vor Ort meinten das dieses Hotel eine Grundreinigung benötigt.
