"This hotel was a very nice place for us to stay during our recent visit to Knoxville to attend our niece's wedding party. Very clean and spacious room and eating area for breakfast, which had a nice variety of hot and cold foods to choose from. The staff we encountered were friendly and professional. When I had a question about a charge on my credit card, they were very helpful and politely explained the charge to my satisfaction. We loved the location of this hotel; right downtown so we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. Great restaurants, shops, parks and the river close by."
