Motel well kept up, although, an older place. Clean, no frills. Great value compared to all other accommodations near Purdue University. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were basic and dated but very clean and cute and it was obvious care was taken to make the room look its best. Bathroom also felt and looked clean and was in the process of updating. Pricing was great, location was great. I will definitely be back again.

The staff are extremely helpful, welcoming, and genuinely care about their guests. Their warm hospitality and excellent service are the main reasons I have preferred to stay here for the past two years. I truly appreciate the consistent level of service and the way the staff make every stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Clean room, a little musty but bearable. Older furnishings, fine for a one night stay in a budget motel. Front desk staff is very helpful and kind.

If you're visiting Purdue for a night, this is not a bad place to stay. Only about 7 minutes to campus. It's dated but clean. Rooms are small but bed was fine and A/C was cold. The front desk person was nice and helpful. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay, this motel will suffice

Friendly check in. Clean room. Clean and comfortable bed. As many stated in the reviews, the place is dated. I kind of liked it. If you are a bit of a high maintenance person who is expecting Marriott amenities for $70 a night, you should probably not stay here. If you want to visit Purdue, stay in a clean room, and not break the bank, this is your place.

We stayed here out of convenience to Ross Stadium as there wasn’t much available due to family weekend. Everything was booked and overpriced for accommodations. We killed 3 spiders and a large hard-shelled bug during our less than 24-hour stay. One wall had boogers on it. The shower had many hairs in it. Everything is as expected in the pictures. Old-dated decor. The breakfast is something you’d find at a gas station. Location is near a couple of well-traveled roads, but the window unit is noisy enough when it’s on to drown out the road noise. The staff are sweet nice people.

Property is an older property. Room was clean. Outlets were loose. Back of chair was broken off, daughter barely avoided getting scratched. We reported these to owner so they could fix the issues. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast is minimal, continental. Ice maker was broken, needed to walk to nearby gas station for ice.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly. The bed was comfy and the a/c was nice and cold. The bathroom needs an update but that didn’t affect our stay at all.

The room was clean, including the beds, sheets, side table, writing table and TV area and the floor. The decor was colorful! The breakfast is basically cereal with milk. Would stay here again. The area around this place is complete blah, but wasn't anything we cared about.

This is a budget motel but I was impressed with how clean everything was, and they also clean up your room daily unless you specify otherwise. Good location only a couple of miles from Purdue campus. I would not hesitate to stay her again for a Purdue home game weekend.
