Step into the open-plan space, featuring a cozy lounge area with an indoor fireplace for cold days, a well-appointed dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a modern bathroom designed with meticulous attention to detail. Both bedrooms offer a spacious double bed, and grant access to the veranda, providing stunning views of the Mani Peninsula. Every amenity necessary for a comfortable holiday is thoughtfully provided, ensuring a delightful stay. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Explore other famous cosmopolitan beaches such as Stoupa beach (200m), Kalogria beach (900m), Delfinia (2km), Foneas (3km), and Kalamitsi (5km) within close proximity of the property. All the essentials are within walking distance, including a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, and bank.

The house is strategically located for exploring the nearby area of Mani, an ideal destination for combining a relaxing and refreshing holiday with a diverse range of activities and lively nightlife. Discover the traditional restaurants and cafes in the picturesque village of Stoupa and the nearby areas of Agios Nikolaos (3.5km) and Kardamili (7km), where you can visit the Homeric Acropolis, Maniatis towers, and Byzantine churches, and trek through the Viros gorge and mountain paths leading to the top of Taygetos.

The property offers an awesome opportunity to explore the famous region of Mani, full of magnificent places to discover. You can easily reach our property by bus from Kalamata (45km) or Sparti (85km). An ideal choice for a memorable vacation experience!

Great!

A very well equipped modern and comfortable apartment in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the beach and main restaurant area. A perfect base for exploring the area. Spotlessly clean. We would be very happy to stay here again.
