"There was no one at the desk. I rang the bell as directed. In response I was asked what hotel are you at. I paused as it seemed self explanatory! She quickly asked again. Her response was Ill be there in a few minutes. 8 minutes later a person pulled up. Checked me in. The place smelled like mildew. When I got to the room it was totally unacceptable, dirty bathroom dirty microwave, not vacuumed nor wiped down. I asked for a change of room or refund. I was also concerned about safety as the...
