I went there for a triathlon race. Since we need to wake up at 3am and check out. I booked this one because it is very cheap. Really doesn’t make sense to spend $400+ for a short 6hrs stay. Thats also why I wrote this review.
1. It is an old building, the kinda lack of maintenance old. You will find a yellowish paper brochure attached to the back of the door says the room is rated as $99/night. No idea how long it has been there but the color of the paper can tell a lot about it. I guess 20 years?
2. No elevator.
3. Try to avoid any rooms near the stairs. Because there is a huge loud door. Everyone walk in and out is a big loud slamming that will wake you up in the middle of sleep.
4. Takes 10mins to run the hot water to get hot enough for a shower.
5. The front desk dude is actually very nice. He is definitely trying to do his job in his pay grade. People blame he is cold and lack of courtesy. I think people need to understand first why he takes this job.
