"I liked this hotel because it was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and both the bed and bed sheets were well maintained. Breakfast was complimentary, which was a nice touch.
However, the receptionist did not welcome us or engage in any basic conversation. He should be trained on how to properly greet and interact with guests. Additionally, his appearance was not professional, and his outfit was not clean."
