"The bed was really old and could hear the springs cracking. The fold away bed was worse. I moved my kids into my bed because the mattress on the pull out bed was to uncomfortable for them to sleep in "

"Rooms were clean and tidy. One power outlet and one tv remote were not working. No smart TVs, so regular steaming platforms weren't available. Although clean, the washroom was in need of repair. The bathroom floor was sagging and sunk each time we stepped in the middle (sub floor compromised?). And the wall paint was bubbling indicating possible moisture damage in the drywall. The pool, slide, hot tub, breakfast were all great! The major issue we faced were the paper thin walls and ceilings. We were on the 3rd floor and the people above us had a couple of kids that kept us up all night by their thumping feet. Bring earplugs or insist on being in the 4th floor."
