"Peppermill is a fantastic place to stay in Reno. Unfortunately, even though it was May, the pool area was still on winter hours so there was nowhere to buy food or drink, and the upper pool wasn’t open. This made it super crowded and it was hard to find something to buy inside that can be brought outside. Other than that, it was great. "

"Room was very clean, and the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. It was very quiet and easily accessible to the casino and restaurants. Looking forward to my next stay there in a few weeks."

"AC never turned on and the room was 80 degrees. The bathroom door didn’t slide to close and it took over 30min to get maintenance up to look at it. The couches were dirty. The staff never came up to move us like the maintenance said we waited again and had to request the room. Staff acts as if they don’t need the guests to keep the place running. A bit odd based on their behavior. Just terrible."
