"I’ve stayed at the KEX in Portland, Oregon and was really excited to stay here. I stayed in a room on my own and essentially had a king bed all to myself for a very affordable price. The room was huge, and I had a view of the church from my window, which was an incredible surprise. The bathrooms were a little dirty, but I think that’s less on the staff and more of the other travelers in the hostel. There were a lot of teenagers when I was there, and they were fairly loud and messy. That being said, I would absolutely stay here again!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Reykjavík Saga. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the level of service was truly exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a stylish and modern feel. The view from my window was lovely, with a glimpse of the top of Hallgrímskirkja Church. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore Reykjavík. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"Nice room - clean functional, adequate size. Very stylish and expansive series of cozy settings in the ground-floor lobby area (library, cinema, lounge, bar, etc.) that we enjoyed hanging out in. Quite walkable location. No hotel parking, but on-street parking was easy with parking app."

"Location location Location. You couldn't ask for a better location than this hotel. Right in the heart of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bus stop, taxi stand, attractions, parking, surrounded by color full buildings and minutes to the famous church. Our room was big enough for our luggage and all of our stuff as we have been traveling for weeks. Only concern was there is no counter top to place your toiletries. I would go back and stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good. Inviting lobby and friendly staff. 2 thumbs up."

"This was a great location for several of our day excursions. Breakfast was included which always makes the day easier. Enjoyed dinner downstairs in the "food court". Has a sort of hostel feel by the food court which I loved. Lots of couches to relax on, good music. Hotel room itself was small and simple, but clean and up to date. Had a nice bench where we could both open our suitcases. Also located right next to a Bonus grocery. Would definitely stay here again!"
