The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

"The Venician is centrally located on the strip. The staff, ambience and food were great. My criticism was with housekeeping. We booked four nights and only received one maid service of the room. I asked at check in if there was daily maid service and they said there was. We constantly had to call down for more towels which were provided quickly but it was a pain. There was a note in the bathroom about participating in their environment program regarding the towels. They asked that we reuse the towels to save water/soap, etc. and to hand them up. We had not problem with that but there was absolutely NO towel racks to hang them up on. There was plenty of wall room in the bathroom for several racks. So the used towels went into the bath tub. The shower had hair on the walls when we arrived and the top hinge on the shower door was sticking very badly and you couldn't fully close it. And this was in a room that was supposedly recently refurbished. It just seemed like there just wasn't enough housekeeping staff to do all the work. We came back to our room at 9:30 pm one evening and they were cleaning the room at nine o'clock in the evening."

"The FB is the ONLY Michelin Golden key certified hotel in America And man does it show: better artwork than I’ve seen in many museums. Fanciest food court EVER. No mall crap here. And the most gracious staff: from the valets to the floor waxers I have encountered outside of Europe."
