"Shuttle was late picking up at airport"

"Absolutely horrible stay!. We requested that no one enter our room, and came back on the first day to find someone had entered our room and went through our stuff! When i went to the front desk i was told there was nothing they could do. The entire property smells of Marijuana. It is pulled in through the ac vent and pushed into the rooms so the rooms randomly smell like it as well.The pool was not clean at all and had all kinds of stuff floating in the water.
