"Unfortunately, it's apparent that Webb's Resort needs some significant help. We selected this place due to its promixity to Chautauqua Institute -- but that was really the only thing going for it, beyond the staff. Things are deteriorating. The hallway from the main lobby to the rooms was filthy and obviously hadn't been washed in a long time. "The White Inn is truly a hidden gem. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable, with gorgeous, clean bathrooms. The staff is so friendly and very accommodating. I look forward to going back."
"Clean room, Nice bathroom and shower.
However, the breakfast had much to be desired. The choices of food were very limited. The only hot food option was a Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwich with some of the worst sausage I've ever eaten.
Not a good start to our day."
"Loved the restaurant. I recommend the French Onion Soup. I haven't tasted any others that even compare, and it is a favorite of mine. Would definitely recommend for a weekend stay."
