During my stay at the hotel, there were three things that I did not like: 1.- They don't have enough parking spaces, I had to leave my car on the street, several blocks away from the hotel 2.- The invoice they gave me at the hotel does not match the amount I paid through EXPEDIA 3.- One day I had to take a cold shower because the water heaters failed.

Hôtel très pratique et confortable pour visiter la région en voiture. Mais le parking est maintenant payant : 5 € par jour

Das Hotel macht einen tollen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit. Alles in allem habe ich mich wohl gefühlt.

Sauberes Hotel. Nachdem allerdings bereits selbständig, also unpersönlich eingecheckt werden muss und das zur Hauptanreisezeit zu 15Uhr, weil die Rezeption zu dem Zeitpunkt geschlossen ist, haben wir wenig bis keine proaktiv freundliche Begegnung mit Personal erlebt. Was uns allerfings am meisten verärgert hat, war die Tatsache, dass wir nach einem Check-in Prozess mit entstehender Warteschlange am Terminal eine 15€ Gebühr für einen "Early Check-in" berechnet bekamen und das um 14:50! Trotz Erhalt von mehreren Bestätigungsmail wird eine extra Gebühr nicht erwähnt. Für den Gesamtpreis hätten wir auch in einem persönlicheren Hotel nächtigen können, was wir beim nächsten Besuch selbst für einen höhen Übernachtungspreis auch tun werden.

Ok til en enkelt overnatning

Tæt på Motorvej. Kompakt men rent og fint nok værelse til prisen. Desværre var der ikke plads til vores bil på parkeringspladsen, fordi alle pladser var i brug. Receptionisten havde ikke tid til at hjælpe os med indcheckning men henviste til den digitale skærm.
