Head a little further into Weymouth town centre (3 miles) to explore its bustling harbour, shops, cafes and restaurants. Take a drive to Portland Bill Lighthouse (12 miles), where dramatic vistas and fresh sea air make it well worth the trip. Nearby, the historic town of Dorchester (7 miles) offers museums, markets and a rich heritage to discover. And for some of Dorset’s most iconic scenery, don’t miss Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door (13 miles).


Enter into a welcoming hallway where coats and shoes can be left after a day out, before moving through to an inner hallway that leads to all the main rooms. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped for self-catering, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely evening meal.
