Nicola was the best hostess I could wish for. She made me feel truly welcome and at home, and was always happy to help with anything. The room was small but perfect for me, and both the toilet and shower were spotless. I also had the most amazing view of the beach. With plenty of shops, restaurants, and even activities on the beach nearby, there was always something to enjoy. My six-day stay flew by, and I loved coming “home” to my cozy room after a full day of exploring the area. It really was the best!

This is a great place to stay, right next to the beach and the harbour.The welcome is warm, a great hostess, the bed very comfortable and the bedlinen pristine. The continental breakfast is the best ever. Easy walking distance to the train station. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Fabulous little B&B

Even before I arrived, Nicola texted me to let me know the room was ready earlier than the standard check in time, and how to get the key from the key box. The location was probably one of the best spots in Weymouth.....harbour one side, beach literally across the road the other. When I arrived, I got the key, and stayed in Room 3. It is compact, with just a bed, sink, TV and complimentary tray......but it was extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the window was great.....a view right across the beach and across Weymouth seafront. The shared bathroom was spotless, and had no issues using it. The complimentary cold water and milk in the hallway fridge was a nice touch. It was very quiet......and I slept great. I didn't have breakfast, but the breakfast room looked really nice.....and I'm sure it would've been delicious. I didn't actually meet Nicola until I was going......but she was really friendly.......I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Weymouth.

The room was compact. Ideal when one is travelling alone. Goid view of the sea from the window. To wash, there was a choice of a basin in the bedroom and the bathroom. Very quiet throughout. For travel, all the bus stops are together - about a,ten minute walk.

A warm welcome by Nicola the host. Lovely view from the bedroom over the harbour. Fantastic breakfast freshly cooked for you in the morning, with a little welcome note on your table, lovely touch. It was convenient for a show at the pavilion. Would recommend and definitely would stay again.

I liked the Georgian decor as its kept its original features. It was close to everything, from the shops, to the buses and trains, but away from the noise. Our room looked on to the harbour where we saw the trawler boats going out every morning. I liked the fruit plater breakfast and my partner was please with his scrambled eggs & cooked breakfast. The only negative was our bathroom was very small.

A wonderful 4 night stay at Weymouth Sands which is in a brilliant location. Nicola was a fantastic, friendly host and should I return to Weymouth, I’ll definitely be checking this guest house first.

Thank you for a lovely stay.

As a single traveller I had a single room overlooking the beach which, surprisingly, was not on the top floor. It was small, but so am I, so I found it quite adequate for my needs. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed has to be amongst the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. I slept like a top. Shared toilet and shower, which overlooked the harbour, but did not see any sign of anyone else using, The shower was good and extremely easy to use but I only had it set on a low setting, for a nice refreshing wash down. I was impressed with the TV, with loads of choice of programmes and with tennis on I was able to enjoy watching a picture better than on my old set at home.
