The Space:

From the moment you arrive, the rhythm of ski days and slow evenings takes over, with Blackcomb Mountain just outside and a warm, inviting condo to return to each night.



The space

Set within Woodrun Lodge on Blackcomb Mountain, this entire condo offers ski-in/ski-out access during the winter season, letting you glide directly to and from the slopes via Merlin’s ski run when conditions allow. Inside, the layout balances shared living space with private sleeping areas, making it easy to unwind together or retreat for quiet moments.



The living area is bright and comfortable, centered around a gas fireplace that’s ideal for cozy evenings after cold days outdoors. Large windows bring in natural light, while the TV and seating area invite you to relax with a movie or a warm drink. The adjacent dining area seats eight, with a breakfast bar for casual meals or morning coffee before heading out.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to seven guests across three sleeping areas. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, iPod dock, and a step-out balcony, with an ensuite bathroom that includes a bath-shower combo and double vanity. A secondary bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and generous storage. The den is set up with a tri-bunk bed and TV, providing flexible sleeping space for additional guests, while this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. A second bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower serves the main living areas.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is set up for preparing meals at home, whether you’re fueling up before first tracks or settling in for dinner after a long ski day. With a dedicated dining table and breakfast bar, there’s space to gather, linger, and plan the next day’s adventures.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



The Neighborhood:

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

• The den does not have windows.

• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units.

• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
