Whistler Village North: 4BR+3.5BA Private Hot Tub

November 2023: Renovated with new modern high end furniture, Smart TVs, lighting, paint, carpets, and even a remote controlled gas fireplace! Managed by experienced superhosts in Whistler. Our spacious townhouse has free parking, central AC & heating, heated floors, 20' vaulted cedar ceilings, and lots of storage. Sleeps 12 guests very comfortably in 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs. At the end of your day cozy up around the fireplace or enjoy your private hot tub.

Our townhouse located in Whistler Village North is in a quiet location away from the busy village noise but only a 10 minute walk to everything Whistler Village has to offer. The place is spacious and has lots of storage for all your gear. With 3.5 bathrooms nobody has to wait to get ready for a great day on the mountains. BBQ grill on our patio while enjoying the views of Blackcomb Mountain.

The entire townhouse, private hot tub and grass lawn are all yours for stay! The driveway accommodates one vehicle (large SUV fits!). Additional vehicles can be parked in the numerous complex guest parking spots which are first come first serve - usually ample empty spaces.

Our property manager Evelyn lives in Whistler only a few minutes away and will be available through Airbnb messenger inbox to assist you with questions and local recommendations.

The private and quiet Montebello Neighbourhood sits on the Northern Edge of Whistler Village. A 7 to 9 minute walk into Whistler Village & Marketplace (grocery, food, coffee, liquor, rentals). The private townhouse is close to all amenities, yet far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds.

Guests can park their vehicle on our private driveway and walk or bike around the entire village area during your stay. 7 to 9 minute walk to free shuttle to the Whistler Village Gondolas or continue to walk another 10 to 15 minutes through the Village to check out the action and arrive at the Blackbom & Whistler Gondolas.

You'll love this space in the rare and highly sought after Montebello townhome complex with outdoor yard space and a quiet complex road for kids to ride bikes.

**Minimum age requirement of 25+ (30+ long weekends)**
**Quiet time in complex and no hot tub use after 10pm** $250 fine for noise complaints due to security visit
**No outdoor shoes inside the unit

Please note: The hot tub spa maintenance team stops by twice a week so you may see them outside during your stay. They can access the hot tub from the outside yard so will not require access into the unit.

There was 10 of us in our group and we had a great stay. The property was really nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The property was very close to the village. We always drove because we had little kids but it was a 2 minute drive.
